HACAOT Technical Assistance Program is designed to help targeted communities be self-sufficient and effective in entrepreneurship, community development activities while offering international and national agencies proper access to our HSMEs (Haiti Subject Matter Experts) and  operate efficiently in Haiti.
HACAOT has been making a real impact in Haiti for the past four years by collaborating with local organizations, businesses, and Haitian professionals who knows the environment, the culture, and mostly the people.

Our military experience in Iraq, Afghanistan, Korea,  Somalia and other countries have teach us how to be effective by working with the local community instead of working for them. Our goal is to slowly retrograde our efforts when the targeted community becomes fully independent and self-sufficient therefore changing an entire country one community at the time.

Our concept is simple, we train the trainers and the newly  trained trainers becomes committed to HACAOT program and help train others therefore multiplying our forces and touch every single members of the community like a tarantula.  

Locally HACAOT is currently training and sponsoring poor Haitian individuals in Entrepreneurship and agriculture while providing technical medical assistance to young graduate doctors. We Have made our expertise available to big  reputable organization such as JPHRO and assist them in food distribution and health care.

HACAOT medical staff have been operating in Haiti for the past four years without a single safety violation or incident. Our international professional volunteers  feel completely safe while working in Haiti to provide technical assistance to the community simply because of our military management style approach. Every mission is carefully planned and coordinated to maximize efficiency and safety.

Just like any Military deployment before large forces are deployed to a foreign countries; the military implement an extensive pre-deployment training program incorporating local elements and SMEs to make the training as realistic as possible before touching the ground. Such pre-deployment training and understanding of the area of operation is key to any type of successful organization operation overseas.
